Tasks to be solved

• Organize the full project management lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, task monitoring, and project goal achievement.
• Maintain high-quality project implementation within established timelines.
• Plan effective team workflows, prioritize tasks, and make quick management decisions.
• Manage relationships with the company’s clients and stakeholders: maintain a high level of communication, transparency, business correspondence, and calls; ​​
• Implement high standards of project management based on PMI\PMBOK or other systematic approach methods;
• Solve non-standard problems in a fast-paced environment;
• Participate in the team development of comprehensive strategies and support their execution;
• Work with contractors worldwide;
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in team and process management in complex marketing or crypto projects for at least 2+ years.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, efficiently lead a team, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to source resources outside the company.
• A risk-averse individual who always has a plan B and can make quick decisions in uncertain situations.
• An aversion to mediocre task execution.
• In-depth understanding of the value of each task, with the ability to confidently defend and justify every step, answering the question "So what?" in each task.
