What have we already done for you feeling really comfy at work? 

  • Crypto Mornings (Each Wednesday the CEO of the company covers a hot topic regarding crypto).
  • We have developed in-house crypto training, also as we bring in the coaches and provide training in different branches of marketing.
  • Telegram chat is a place to share investment ideas and earn extra money.

  • Working with global markets in the U.S., Europe, Russia, Latin America, etc.

What about the tasks?

  • SMD key tasks include development and implementation of marketing strategies for clients with different objectives (increase in capitalization, leads, users, increase in conversion, etc.) of the Crypto and Blockchain projects. There may be 1-3 client projects involved in the pipeline.
  • Marketing team management, including remote performers.
  • Managing the marketing budget and working as the primary expert person for the internal team.
  • Leading advertising and PR campaigns for clients.
  • Proactive position in finding solutions to client challenges.
  • Providing expertise in non-standard situations.
  • Market analytics.
  • Calculations, forecasting, control.

What we expect

  • At least 3 years of experience as a marketing manager/director.
  • Experience with Blockchain projects or good understanding of the crypto sphere is a must.
  • Successful cases of creating marketing strategies and bringing clients to the top.
  • Excellent understanding of services such as: PR, SEO, SERM, SMM, E-mail, influencer marketing, traffic, etc.
  • Ability to complete tasks to the end and work with long-term projects.
  • Marketing or economic education is desirable.
  • Upper Intermediate + level of English

A deep understanding of:

  • Analytical tools (GA).
  • Marketing metrics (CPC, CPL, CR, etc.).
  • Product metrics (LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, ROI, etc.).
  • Calculation principles of UNIT economy.
  • Principles of building marketing funnels.
