Our perfect marketing lead is a born leader and organizer who will efficiently manage a team and help promote some of the best blockchain & fintech startups in the industry.

If you are a good communicator and multitasker, responsible, reliable, and creative, this position is for you. 

What you’ll need to do:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for customers with varying business goals (increasing the market cap, attracting users, boosting conversions etc.);
  • Supervise the marketing team, including remote contractors;
  • Coordinate marketing budgets and act as the key expert for our team;
  • Launch and supervise advertising and PR campaigns;
  • Proactively find solutions to our client's challenges;
  • Demonstrate expertise under non-standard circumstances;
  • Analyze markets;
  • Calculate, forecast, and monitor data.

Key business domains: blockchain and fintech

What we expect from you:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing;
  • Experience working on blockchain projects is a big advantage;
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is preferable;
  • Practical knowledge of PR, SEO, SERM, SMM, email marketing, traffic optimization, etc.;
  • Ability to work on long-term projects and finish what you started.

Essential competences:

  • Analytical tools (GA);
  • Marketing metrics (CPC, CPL, CR etc.);
  • Product metrics (LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, ROI etc.);
  • UNIT economics principles;
  • Sales funnel building.

We give preference to candidates with the following competences:

  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
  • Strategic vision and an ability to explain what it means;
  • Ability to formulate ideas and thoughts clearly.
