Tasks to solve:
Participation in briefings with customers regarding the goals, objectives, expected result, timing and budget of an independent research project.
Interaction with a marketer or product manager of the project: programming (planning) and implementation of relevant research in accordance with the current project tasks.
Selection and combination of methods to achieve research objectives.
Detailed planning of research stages and budget.
Developing a recruiting strategy for respondents (audience / user research).
Independent data collection and / or control over the work of assistants.
Analysis and visualization of the collected data and materials.
Analysis of reports of studies carried out by other organizations.
Preparing research reports and developing recommendations for marketing campaigns / product launches.
Optimization of research-related processes: reducing labor, time and financial costs, increasing information content, completeness and purity of results.
Introduction of new methods and tools of marketing research.
What we expect:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Sociology, or related disciplines.
Experience in marketing research of at least 1 year.
Experience in research programming on one’s own.
Ability to work with respondents: listen and hear, empathize, ask questions competently, maintain a conversation.
English Advanced and above. Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is welcomed: Spanish, German, French, Chinese, Korean, Thai.
Knowledge of software for statistical data processing and / or programming languages with similar functions (R, Python).
Healthy perfectionism, attention to details, intellectual flexibility, exploratory creativity, high level of professional ethics.
