BDC Consulting is a remote-based team of 40 consultants that provides world-class consulting and growth services for web3 seed-series C startups. Our mission is to unlock decentralization and bring mass adoption for web3 projects. We aim to build a McKinsey-level enterprise that serves as a trusted partner to the best projects in the industry.


You'll play the role of an entrepreneur who reinvents BDC and opens up new opportunities for client impact. You'll be a mentor and an advisor to developing consultants, and as a member of BDC’s global network, you will be responsible for integrating insights from internal and external specialists as well as developing world-class knowledge.

As a Partner at BDC Consulting, you will ensure the growth of the pipeline of prospective customers, delivering consulting projects, and developing the internal team. You will be equal to McKinsey's partner and have a share in company profits. You must have an outstanding experience in consulting, business development, and marketing.


  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the pipeline of prospective customers;
  • Deliver consulting projects to clients in the web3 sector, with a focus on growth, product discovery, and mass adoption;
  • Develop the internal team through mentorship, training, and leadership;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the web3 sector;
  • Continuously improve the company's consulting offerings and processes;
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals;
  • Actively drive the Company forward and iterate on the Strategy.

Who you are

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, business development, or marketing;
  • Proven track record of developing new client relationships and generating business development opportunities leading to successful client engagements;
  • Experience in the web3 sector, with a focus on gaming or infrastructure (all kinds of tools and interoperability solutions);
  • Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a creative visionary who can manage innovation;
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and in-depth of knowledge/defined involvement in helping frame, design and execute solutions for challenging business situations;
  • Strong leadership and people management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A passion for web3 and a desire to drive mass adoption.
