Our Account Manager will have to understand every client's needs, quickly find non-orthodox solutions, and serve as the link between the customer and the team. They should be able to remain firm and say 'no' when necessary without openly refusing the client's demands. They should also have well-developed emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. 

Our priority is to streamline the process quickly and build up the customer portfolio. We are aiming for a roughly 50/50 ratio of Russian-speaking and international clients. To achieve this, we need a confident professional who's prepared to work fast and sustain an intense rhythm.

What you’ll need to do:

  1. Build and fine-tune communication with clients;

  2. Establish and maintain customers’ trust;

  3. Keep track of the work and respond to the clients’ questions and requests;

  4. Inform the team of the client’s wishes and keep the client updated on the progress;

  5. Manage document flow and payments;

  6. Play for both teams: the client's and ours. 

What we expect from you:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a similar position;

  2. Desire to lead international projects;

  3. Strong practical knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools;

  4. Upper Intermediate English or higher;

  5. Desire to learn new things every day;

  6. Excellent writing and speaking skills.

We give preference to candidates with the following competences:

  1. Practical experience with blockchain or fintech projects;

  2. Experience working for a marketing agency in a similar position;

  3. Awareness of the current digital marketing trends.

What we offer:

  1. Fixed salary (negotiable) + KPI bonuses (exchange rate-adjusted): paid officially and always on schedule;

  2. Work from the office or from home (our panoramic and comfortable office is located in Minsk);

  3. A personal mentor for the 3-month adaptation period. We understand that even top professionals need time to adapt, and we're happy to explain, show, and teach you everything you need to know;

  4. Full-time (8 hours a day); start your working day between 9am and 10am;

  5. We communicate via Slack and set tasks in Asana;

  6. We cover up to 80% of the cost of your professional courses, seminars, and training courses. These aren't just words: our team members have already attended a lot of events and will happily share their experience.;

  7. We cover the cost of your professional books – without limitations.
